Taco Bell is bringing back the fan-favorite menu item in various guises for just $1, the company announced Thursday.
For a limited time beginning September 20, Taco Bell customers can enjoy the chain's Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme ($5.49) and Big Cheez-It Tostada ($2.99). Or, if you prefer Big Cheez-It without the extras, Big Cheez-It à la carte for just $1. Big Cheez-It is 16 times larger than the average store-bought Cheez-It, making it quite a steal for the price.
If you're curious about Taco Bell's other Big Cheez-It products, the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme is a good place to start. It features two Big Cheez-It Crackers wrapped inside a classic Crunchwrap Supreme, which includes seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, crunchy lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream and diced tomatoes.
The Taco Bell Big Cheez-It Tostada is perfect for those with smaller appetites who still want to try something new. A gigantic Cheez-It is topped with seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, crunchy lettuce and reduced-fat sour cream to create a crunchy and gooey treat.
Also available is the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo ($9.99), which includes a Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beef 5-Layer Burrito, an order of Nacho Fries and a medium soda.
Big Cheez-It is back after a soft launch in June. In the months since it was last available, Taco Bell has “upgraded” the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap to make it even more satisfying and made the huge cracker available on its own, as many customers requested.
“The national re-release of Big Cheez-It reflects Taco Bell's commitment to listening to fans,” the chain said. The introduction of the improved Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and Big Cheez-It Cracker reflects feedback from fans about what they want and aims to satisfy their wildest sweet cravings.”
You can check out Taco Bell's Big Cheez-It starting September 20th at your local location.
