More than 75 UK game developers are coming to the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit

The GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit is less than two weeks away and almost 80 game studios of all sizes will be attending the event in London.

These include Bandai Namco, Creative Assembly, Devolver, Dlala, Electric Square, Frontier, Futurlab, Hangar13, King, Ninja Theory, Playground Games, PlayStation, Rare, Rocksteady, Sports Interactive, Sumo, Take-Two, Ubisoft, Warner Bros and many others.

The summit is held at the luxurious Royal Institution in London. Tickets are on sale now.

The entire event is a day-long conference with lectures and breakout sessions on critical HR, leadership and talent issues. It ends with the Best Places To Work Awards 2024.

This year there are a number of sessions on leadership, including raising staff levels, managing remote teams and supporting staff in these unprecedented and challenging times. We will also discuss progress on EDI projects amid opposition to diversity and inclusion programs

We're also running sessions on how different generations approach and view work, we've got a leading AI expert sharing his advice on how this technology could change HR, while we've got several sessions on the mental health crisis and how employers can help.

We will also discuss neurodiversity with a talk specifically on supporting and unlocking neurodiverse talents. There are also conversations about the skills crisis, including new ways to develop the talent pool.

The event is sponsored by Amiqus.
