If you thought the world needed more superhero-themed shoes, you're in luck because a new pair of Batman Crocs is on the way. This isn't the first time Crocs has collaborated with DC Comics, but this new pair of shoes from the company pays homage to what is arguably the best Batmobile, which combines that vehicle's high-speed gothic influences with a classic all-black pair of sandals. There's no U.S. release date for them yet, but you can expect to pay $70 when they're in stock.

The shoes pictured above are heavily inspired by the Batmobile used in the 1989 Batman film and its sequel, Batman Returns. You have mechanical elements like the rear spoilers, windshield, and jet turbine molded directly into the Crocs, along with other engine parts and the iconic headlights. Will these shoes make you fast enough to outrun the Joker's henchmen? It's possible, don't take our word for it, but we're confident these Crocs will definitely make you more fashionable than the Clown Prince of Crime and his cohorts.
If you're planning on wearing Batmobile-inspired Crocs, you'll need some extra gear to look the part. ultra– cool. Sure, you can't wear it, but there's no harm in checking out the Batman '89 Life-Size Cowl up for pre-order, priced at $100. It's a 1:1 scale replica of the mask worn by Michael Keaton in his first Batman movie, and it's already sold out on Amazon. Luckily, you won't have to incur the Dark Knight's wrath by plotting to steal it, because Target still has it in stock.
There's also some cool Batman merchandise in the works, including a book sequel to the 1989 film, manga graphic novels featuring the Joker as Batman's dad, and a massive 1,648-page omnibus that collects the entire Batman Arkhamverse saga into one giant tome. Finally, you can never go wrong with Lego Batman, because thanks to the Fangs you'll be wearing, you won't have to worry about stepping on a loose piece of Lego.
