Whether you're gearing up for a late-summer camping trip or planning ahead for a cold-weather desert camping trip, REI's Labor Day sale is a must-see. The outdoor retailer is offering customers up to 40% off (and in some cases more) on some of their most popular gear to make this transitional season even more fun. The sale runs until September 2nd, but some deals are so good they may sell out before then.
If you're in need of a tent, you're in luck: REI's Labor Day sale offers big discounts on top tents and accessories from The North Face, Nemo, REI Co-op and more. And for a restful sleep, you can get almost all of Exped's ultra-cushioned sleeping pads at a 40% discount. GSI Outdoors and Coleman have a ton of camping kitchen gear on sale, and if you're looking to pack a bike, Thule's best-selling racks are 20% off. After Men's Magazine Bought through the sale, we found six instant accessories for any gear.

Coleman Cascade Classic Camp Stove, $75 (was $100) at REI

Every camper knows the feeling of walking into a campsite, setting up a tent, and then turning your attention to dinner. After a long day at work, high-quality cooking gear is critical, and Coleman's Cascade Classic Camp Stove is a customer favorite for its durability and superior performance. Equipped with two adjustable burners, the stove emits an amazing 20,000 BTUs of cooking power to quickly heat up a variety of foods. Best of all, it folds conveniently and folds into a slim profile that doesn't take up extra space when camping or transporting.
What customers say: “This is the best Coleman Stove in my opinion. The click igniter is more durable than the push-button type and does not move the entire stove when it is ignited. The deflectors are simple and perform as advertised, and the grate is durable and holds up well…I've been using Coleman camping products since 1963 and this retro stove is well worth buying.”
